By using this website and engaging in coaching, matchmaking, or any related services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before hiring or using any of the services provided by Better Dating Services LLC.
Nature of Service
Better Dating Services LLC provides personal advice through matchmaking and coaching sessions. The advice and strategies discussed during these sessions are for novelty purposes only. All advice and information shared should not be considered as legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
No Professional Therapy or Legal Advice
Better Dating Services LLC is not a licensed therapy, psychology, law, or any other kind of licensed professional service provider. The coaching and advice provided are based on personal opinions and experience. The information shared is meant for educational and entertainment purposes and should not replace the expertise of qualified professionals in legal, medical, psychological, or financial fields.
Client Responsibility
By engaging with Better Dating Services LLC, the Client acknowledges that:
- The results from coaching or matchmaking services are not guaranteed.
- The Client assumes full responsibility for any decisions and actions they take based on the advice given.
- The Client will not hold Better Dating Services LLC liable for any outcomes or results from the services provided.
Confidentiality
All sessions, whether one-on-one or group, are confidential. Recordings are shared privately via Google Drive and will only be accessible to the Client and anyone who is given explicit permission. However, Better Dating Services LLC reserves the right to use anonymized experiences and examples for educational purposes, marketing, or testimonials, unless explicitly asked not to by the Client.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Better Dating Services LLC or any affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or personal dissatisfaction with the service.
Refund Policy
Coaching and matchmaking services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in writing. All sales are final once a service has been provided.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in advance, unless a separate agreement has been made in writing. Better Dating Services LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse services if payment is not received as agreed.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content shared during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Better Dating Services LLC. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, USA. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Florida.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Better Dating Services LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the Client’s responsibility to regularly review these terms. Continued use of the services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
