Payment is due in full at the time of booking via our secure platform.

Your session(s) will not be scheduled or held until payment is received.

For bundled packages, you must use all sessions within the allotted time (typically 3 months or 10 weeks depending on the service).

All sales are final. There are no refunds for coaching services once payment has been made.

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice via the scheduling platform.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited without refund or replacement.

Zoom coaching sessions may be recorded and shared with you in a private Google Drive folder.

These recordings are for personal review only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without written consent.

By participating, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are expected to participate in good faith and complete any assigned exercises or homework.

Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health services.

While many clients experience significant improvements in their dating life, results are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for applying the skills and strategies discussed in coaching.

Better Dating Services LLC is not liable for outcomes in your personal relationships or dating life.

If you are referred to a professional matchmaker, you will be subject to their company's pricing, terms, and policies.

Better Dating Services LLC is not responsible for the services or outcomes provided by independent matchmakers.

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available prior to purchase.

Continued use of services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Matchmaker will receive 20% of the first sale made from any client they refer to BDS.

If the referred client pays hour-by-hour, the referral fee applies to up to five total sessions.

If the Matchmaker sets up a payment plan, they will receive 20% of each installment as it is paid by the client.

Matchmakers are encouraged to promote full package purchases for the client's best results.

Referral fees are paid within 48 hours of BDS receiving full payment or each installment.

Referrals are paid only on the first sale made by the referred client.

If BDS refers a matchmaking client who signs up with the Matchmaker, BDS will receive 20% of the Matchmaker's first sale with that client.

If BDS provides one of its database members for introduction or matchmaking purposes, the Matchmaker agrees to pay $500 per introduction.

If the Matchmaker sets up a payment plan, they will receive 20% of each installment as it is paid by the client.

An introduction is defined as any instance where:

Contact information is exchanged between the client and the database member, or

The client and database member are introduced via an in-person, virtual, or phone meeting.

This $500 fee also applies to future clients that the same BDS database member is matched with through the Matchmaker.

If the Matchmaker sets up a payment plan for a referred client, BDS will receive 20% of each installment as each payment is made.

If the Matchmaker or their company purchases dating coaching services directly from BDS, they will receive a 20% discount on all dating coaching services.

A referred client must explicitly mention the referring Matchmaker or the Matchmaker must notify BDS in writing of the referral before any purchase is made for a referral fee to apply.

Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.

Referral fees apply only to new clients who have not previously worked with BDS.

Many coaching sessions conducted by BDS are recorded for quality, training, and review purposes.

The Matchmaker agrees to inform their clients that sessions may be recorded and stored in a private Google Drive folder.

These recordings will be shared only with the client, the BDS team, and the Matchmaker's team.

Any further sharing, reproduction, or distribution of recorded materials requires written permission from the client.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client identities, personal information, communications, and session content.

Clients must cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

You are solely responsible for applying the skills and strategies discussed in coaching.

If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or fails to attend a session, the session will be counted as completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If a matchmaking client requests a refund, or if the Matchmaker ends their engagement with the client within 30 days of the initial sale, the Matchmaker may request a reimbursement of any referral fees previously paid by BDS.

After 30 days, referral fees are non-refundable.

BDS reserves the right to verify refund claims and confirm client payment records before issuing reimbursements.

Both BDS and the Matchmaker agree to uphold professional integrity, ethical standards, and discretion when representing one another. Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with written notice. Referral fees earned prior to termination will still be honored.

This partnership does not create an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship. Both parties operate as independent entities and may not represent themselves as legal agents of one another.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
